How to Diagnose and Fix a Throttle Position Sensor on 2006 Dodge Stratus?

In order to tune the Throttle Position Sensor, remove the electrical connector and negative battery cable. Take off sensor, making sure it is in correct position relative to throttle shaft. Screw until tight (5.1 N.m ( 45 in. lbs.)) Pirate the throttle plate and reattach electrical connector and battery cable.
