How to install a Fuel Filler Neck on 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to fit the fuel filler neck, one needs to connect the fuel filler tube to the tank, and clamping it to 4.1 Nm. Select the inner splash shield and lower the vehicle and screw the filler necks to 2.7 Nm. Last but not least, use the cap, re-attach the battery and the air cleaner lid.
