  A: Add a little clean engine coolant to the new O-rings and place them over the heater core tubes. Then, hook the tubes onto the heater core and fit the retaining clips. Gently put the heater core into place on the driver side of the air distribution housing. Fix the heater core to the air distribution housing with two screws and tighten them to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). If the flange's foam seal is damaged or not in the original shape, change it right away. After that, apply the foam seal to the flange on the driver side of the HVAC enclosure. Place the heater core cover on the driver side of the air distribution housing and HVAC housing and then install three screws to hold it in place, tightening each to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Put in the last of the distribution ducts which is for the left floor. After removing the old heater core, flush your cooling system before setting in the new HVAC assembly.
