How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Pump on a 2.0L or 2.4L Engine on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

For the service or repair of a 2.0L or 2.4L power steering pump, make sure you drain as much fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir. After that, get rid of the appearance cover for the engine and the bracket bolt for the pressure hose at the top mounting area. Remove the clamp holding the supply hose in place at the pump and then remove the hose plugged into the pump pressure line. After that, pull out the supply hose from the pump and remove the drive belt. Remove each of the three pump bolts located in the present holders on the motor.
