2007 Dodge Caliber Wheel Cylinder Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Remove and Replace a Wheel Cylinder on 2007 Dodge Caliber?
A: Before you start, take all needed steps to ensure your safety, according to the warnings given. Use a brake pedal holder to press the brake pedal 1 inch into the floor and hold it there which will stop the reserve from draining. After that, get the vehicle securely up, remove the nuts that hold the wheels onto the mounts and take off the whole tire/wheel assembly. Open the brakes and remove both the shoes from the support plate. First, remove the brake tube at the wheel cylinder and then take away the wheel cylinder screws. The last task is to take the wheel cylinder off the support plate.
