How to Replace an HVAC Pressure Switch Without Discharging the Refrigerant System on 2007 Dodge Durango?

You do not have to remove the refrigerant from the system when replacing the HVAC pressure switch. The first thing to do is disconnect and separate the negative battery cable. After that, remove the wire harness connector from the HVAC pressure switch. Unscrew the HVAC pressure switch off the A/C discharge line. Also, pull the O-ring seal out of the discharge line fitting and throw it away.
