How to Replace the Front A/C Evaporator on 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Whenever you change the front A/C evaporator, always put 50 milliliters (1.7 fluid ounces) of refrigerant oil into the refrigerant system with only the recommended type for the A/C compressor in your vehicle. Should the insulation strip be taken off, set it over the front A/C evaporator while making sure the evaporator drain isn't blocked and the insulator flange is in place. Then, put the front A/C evaporator into the lower front housing and snap the rubber flange seal closed. Ultimately, connect and put in place the front housing for the HVAC system.
