How to Remove a Front Door Window Regulator on 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Begin by removing the watershield when taking off the front door window regulator. Install the window switch for a moment and raise the glass all the way to see where you need to add screws. Take each window regulator bolt out a bit, just to free the glass and stick tape across the glass to ensure it stays in place while the car is outside. After that, unclip the mid-conduit clip and the door harness clip and use a wrench to take out the bolts that hold the window regulator rails to the inside door panel. Pull the regulator rails down within the door just enough to get to the connector for the wire harness which you can disconnect from the regulator motor through the main hole in the door.
