2007 Jeep Liberty Speed Sensor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Maintain a Speed Sensor on 2007 Jeep Liberty?
A: To maintain the front wheel speed sensor, first unplug the connector to its wire on the inboard side of the wheel house. After that, get the vehicle up and out of the way and take the wheel and tire off. Be certain to remove the caliper adapter and securely hold the caliper up so it doesn't fall and damage the brake lines. After finishing with the brake disc, remove the disc brake rotor and unscrew the wheel speed sensor mounting bolt from the hub. Remove the wheel speed sensor wire from the hub/bearing and the wheel speed sensor wire hold down from the knuckle. After that, put the wheel speed sensor wire through the wheel well and take out the wheel speed sensor from the vehicle.
