How to Install and Reprogram an ABS Control Module for Antilock Brakes on 2007 Jeep Liberty?

When using a new ABM module, load the programming into the module with a scan tool before beginning installation. To start, attach the ABM to the mounting spots and after that attach and tighten the mounting nuts to 14.1 Nm (125 in. lbs.). After that, join the brake lines with the ABM and tighten them to a torque of 20 Nm or 180 in. lbs. Then, put the wiring connector to the ABM in place and press down on the release to lock it. Gradually, hook up the negative end of the battery cable to the positive terminal on the battery and start bleeding the ABS brakes.
