To remove the rear coil spring, raise the vehicle and remove the wheel assembly. Support the engine cradle with jack stands and use a jack under the rear suspension crossmember. Remove shock absorber bolts, then the crossmember bolts on the repair side, and carefully lower to extract the coil spring.
