You should begin the service of the rear wiper motor by opening the hood and taking out the battery negative cable. Following this, take off the rear wiper arm nut cap and the wiper arm retaining nut. Put a battery terminal puller on the wiper arm to free it from the wiper pivot. Following that, take off the liftgate panel, break the link at the rear harness connector and get rid of the three machine screws holding the rear wiper motor in place. Be very careful not to damage the grommet or window.
