How to Safely and Correctly Install an Air Bag on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?

Before you install the driver air bag, ensure the Srs is disconnected by disconnecting the negative battery cable and wait two minutes so that the air bag's system capacitor empties. Making sure no foreign items get into the driver air bag could prevent them from damaging Covid. Do not paint your car's driver air bag trim cover, since it can influence the cutting edge security. If the air bag is unable to function or show signs of damage but has not deployed, manage it the same way you would handle other air bags that did not deploy. If you put the device into service, be sure to follow the post-deployment instructions before your removal. Attach the air bag's electrical connectors to the housing by connecting it close to the steering wheel. Insert every keyed and color-coded air bag wire connector into its receptacle on the air bag inflator unit. Don't reattach the negative battery cable right now, since the Srs verification test should be done after any Srs component is serviced.
