How to Service and Repair the A/C Switch in the Rear Control Assembly on 2008 Dodge Durango?

Before you begin work on the assembly, first take off and isolate the negative battery cable. After that, carefully press down on the clip at each top corner of the rear AC-heater control using a small screwdriver or another flat-blade object. Push the top of the rear A/C-heater control towards the windshield to let the bottom retaining tabs slide out of their slots in the center floor console. After that, take off the wire harness connector from the rear A/C-heater control and remove it from the dashboard area.
