How to Service the A/C Switch in the Rear Control Assembly on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Before working on the rear control assembly, protect the overhead console's face from becoming scratched. The first step is to separate and remove the negative battery cable. After that, take out the overhead console from the rear area and put it on a bench for reference. Take the wire harness connector out from the back of the rear A/C-heater control. After that, un-screw the two screws holding the rear A/C-heater control to the rear overhead console and pull out the control.
