How is the Canister Purge Valve Installed and Where is it Located on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?

The valve of the EVAP canister purge is placed close to the battery. First, set up the valve by joining the quick-connect fittings and afterward poke the electrical connector into the fitting. Press the valve onto the assembly bracket so that all vapor/vacuum hoses are properly mounted. Also, examine the vapor/vacuum lines where they join the ESIM switch and filter, since having a leak in these lines may cause a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).
