How to Service and Repair a Steering Column Cover on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?

First, pop open the lower steering column opening cover by applying a trim stick C-4755 or its equivalent. Then, push down on the upper clips and let the steering column opening cover fall from the lower tabs with the same trim stick. removed the bolts and take off the reinforcement plate.
