How to Maintain a TPMS Sensor on 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) Sensor, lift up the vehicle and then take off the tire assembly. Do not lose the valve stem cap and retain the aluminum valve stem and nickel-plated brass would retain the core together. Remember not to damage the sensor when removing the tire and take off the sensor off the wheel.
