It is necessary to use compressed air to clean the top of the spark plug before putting in the ignition coil for the 3.7L engine. Look at the coil o-ring and install a new one if required, adding silicone to help you install it. Pull the ignition coil towards the cylinder head opening and push it onto the tooth on the spark plug. Fix the coil mounting bolt to 12 Nm (106 in.lbs), proceed to snap in the electrical connector on the coil and connect the spark plug wires. If it is necessary, you may add the throttle body air tube.
