How to Safely Detach a Steering Wheel on 2009 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to remove the steering wheel, the airbag of the driver should be disabled and removed, and the speed control wiring should be disconnected. Partly unscrew the steering wheel bolt, and leave it in place. Use the L-4407A puller with OTC 7929A jaws, making sure to seat it properly in the armature pockets before removal.
