    A: When fitting the piston rings, make sure that the symbols of the upper and intermediate rings are upwards. Install oil ring side rail, upper, lower oil ring expander, and side rails. In normal aspirated engines mark Y1 and Y2 should face up and in turbocharged engines, TOP should face up. Oil control stagger ring gaps.
