    Adjust the amount of refrigerant oil before installing the A/C condenser, to avoid problems with the system and possible damage to the compressor. Should you replace only the A/C condenser, put 30 milliliters (1 fluid ounce) of the correct refrigerant oil inside. Every time you open a refrigerant line, make sure to replace the O-rings and gaskets so you don't have leaks later. Check that the seals protecting the Radiator and condenser are placed properly so that cooling is most effective. First, attach the A/C condenser into the condenser fan shroud and use two bolts fastened to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.) to secure it there. After you have enough clearance, put the condenser/cooling fan assembly into place and make certain the lower mounting tabs are fitted into the front crossmember holes. Attachment of the upper plastic bracket to the nearest fender rail is carried out with a bolt that must be tightened to 9.5 Nm (85 in. lbs.). Fasten the upper Radiator Support with three bolts turned to a tightening range of 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
