Chrysler LHS Cruise Control Switch Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Maintain and Fix the Cruise Control Switch on Chrysler LHS?
    A:
Remove the negative cable from the battery and turn the ignition off to service or fix the cruise control switch. The clock spring device controlled by the speed control switch is placed under the Air Bag module in the Steering Wheel. Should the air bag module need removal, engage in the proper safety steps as advised by your vehicle's manual. After that, take out the side screws on the switch and carefully jiggle it to unplug the connector from the air bag and steering wheel. Use the same steps to configure the other switch, also. To install, join the two-way electrical connector, install the switch and fasten it with the two screws. After that, attach the negative Battery Cable again.
