How to Safely Remove a Steering Wheel on Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before you begin taking off the steering wheel, disconnect the negative cable from the battery and isolate it, so the capacitor in the system discharges for two minutes. Place the front wheels forward, remove the driver air bag and next, disconnect the horn wiring connector at the Clock Spring.
