How to Service an HVAC Pressure Switch on Chrysler Voyager?

Before starting the service of the Refrigerant Pressure Sensor/Switch, disconnect and separate the battery negative cable. After that, disconnect the headlamp and dash wire harness connector coming from the HVAC pressure switch. With an open end wrench, unscrew the HVAC pressure switch from the fitting on the liquid line between the filter-drier and the expansion valve and throw the seal from that end in the trash. When installing, smear lubricant from the fridge's pressure vessel onto a new O-ring seal and then attach the seal to the fitting on the HVAC pressure switch. Following this, attach and tighten the HVAC pressure switch into the fitting on the system's liquid line near the filter-drier and close to the expansion valve with an open end wrench. After that, link the black battery cable to the connector on the switch and return the dash and headlight connector to the switch receptacle.
