Take out the trim piece, watershield and door glass channel and bracket from the rear door's inside in order to service the window regulator. After that, unscrew the screw holding the pull cup to the door from underneath and loosen the top screw too, before taking the bracket out of the keyed hole. Move the rear door glass up using the regulator so you can get to the clamps and then loosen their screws to remove the glass. Position the glass in its fully upright place and use tape to keep it in place. Start by removing the top screw that holds the rear regulator rail to the door and complete this by unfastening the screw at the regulator motor support bracket. Untighten the screw at the lower end of the regulator rail, lift the rear regulator rail upward to break loose the keyed hole and lower the rear regulator so you can reach and separate the door wire harness connector from the regulator motor. The regulator can be reached and removed from this access hole. To install, insert the regulator through the large opening in the door and attach its motor back to the door wire harness connector. Put the screw in the screw slot at the rear regulator rail base into the keyed hole and use a torque wrench to tighten the screw at the top of the rail to 10 N.m (90 in.lbs.) Screw in and tighten the bracket attached to the regulator motor and the lower support at the bottom of the regulator rail, setting them both to 10 N.m (90 in.lbs.). Unfasten the tape on the door glass, drop the glass to sit in the two window regulator clamps and tighten each of the screws equally to 10 N.m (90 in.lbs.). Insert the screw by hand into the upper hole, line it with the bracket key and connect and tighten the screw at the base of the pull cup bracket to 11 N.m (100 in.lbs.). Then, secure the top screw of the pull cup bracket to the door, return the glass channel and bracket, watershield, inner belt and trim panel inside the door.
