First, setting the roll top cover over the steering column and securing it with the three screws. After that, set the manual handle on top of the column pin and turn the locking tab far enough so it latches, ensuring the tab is correctly locking in place. After that, put in the cluster bezel, then the steering column opening reinforcement and finally the steering column opening cover. Once you have access to the area, add back the SCCM and make sure to install every removed part.
