To work on the clutch release fork on T350 series, first take away the transaxle and remove the modular clutch assembly if it exists. Stand the lever and bearing assembly straight up, clasp the release lever inside the pivot stud socket and carefully remove it without using harboring tools. Be sure not to harm the bearing's retention tabs as you lift the lever away from the bearing thrust plate. Give it a quick turn, applying light pressure, to see that it runs smoothly with a little drag caused by the lubricant in the sealed grease. Should any bearing be noisy, misbehave or without oil, change out the entire bearing assemblies. Check both pivot stud spring clips on the rear of the clutch lever and change the whole lever if they are damaged or show any signs of wear. To assemble, first add grease to the pivot ball in the lever and the arms, after which you insert the lever into the bearing, so that the small pegs from the bearing go over the arms. Set the bearing and lever assembly onto the input shaft retainer in one go, click the clutch lever onto the pivot ball, set the modular clutch in place and lastly reassemble the transaxle.
