First, fit the seals around the intake manifold and put the manifold into position next. Install the retaining bolts onto the intake manifold, tightening them following the instructions so that each bolts reaches 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). It's important to tighten the throttle body correctly so that the throttle plate doesn't fail. Then, place the throttle body-to-intake manifold O-ring and connect the throttle body to the intake manifold using four mounting bolts secured to 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.). The first step is to put on the electrical connector, after which you install the fuel rail and the EGR tube.
