Screw the steering wheel to the steering column shaft, checking that nothing is pinching the clock spring pigtail wire or the steering wheel wire harness as the lock tightens to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Attach the steering wheel wire harness connectors to the rear of the upper clock spring connector receptacles and carefully reglue the air bag to the steering wheel.
