    Unlatched and raise the hood and then pull off both Wiper Arms from the Wiper Pivots to access the wiper motor. Separate and isolate the negative Battery Cable and then pull off the cowl plenum cover or grill panel above the unit. After that, disconnect the left dash wire harness connector (4) off the wiper motor (6) pigtail wire connector. Once the nut is open, take out the screws (1) that secure the wiper arm motor to the module's center bracket. Lastly, slide out the wiper motor under the wiper linkage module bracket and through the cowl plenum.

    Place the wiper motor under the wiper linkage module, stating in the cowl plenum and make sure the bosses are in line with the mounting holes of the center bracket. Hold the wiper motor in place on the center bracket and tighten three screws using 12.5 Nm (110 in. lbs.) of torque. Connect the left headlamp and dash wire harness once more onto the wiper motor lead and then link the negative Battery Cable back to the battery. Turn the wiper motor's lever to park it before placing the crank arm on the motor shaft. Put the ignition switch to ON, operate the wiper motor by pressing the multi-function switch knob and turn the ignition off after the output shaft has stopped its motion. First, make sure the crank arm fits between the two marks on the middle bracket of the wiper linkage module, then press it down hard onto the wiper motor output shaft. Place a nut on the end of the crank arm and tighten it to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.), joining it to the wiper motor output shaft. After installing the two Wiper Arm levers onto the pivot pins, rest the cowl plenum cover/grille panel on top and secure it, then close and latch the hood.
