You should clean the engine mating surfaces before beginning the installation of the oil cooler. Place the oil cooler and gasket, then mount and tighten the bolts up to 10.8 Nm (96 in. lbs.). After that, mount the water pump housing assembly using an updated gasket and hand tighten the fasteners to equal 18 ft. lbs. Install the oil cooler hose for the coolant and the power steering reservoir in that order. Install the heater hoses in the housing, next install the lower radiator hose and then finalize with the charge air hose. Third, place the

Battery Cable, start the engine, allow it to run until warm, switch it off and look for drips.
