  • Q: How to Install a Radiator for a 3.0L Diesel Engine on Dodge Sprinter 3500?
    A:
At first, place the radiator and assemble the fan shroud on to it and then put the radiator hoses onto the fan shroud end connections. After that, fit the radiator hose to the radiator and set the bottom radiator trim into place. Attach the charge air cooler to the cooling loop of the power steering and link them to the radiator and then fill the radiator assembly in the rubber grommets. First, put on the right-side radiator trim panel and next, install the left-side panel. Then put the transmission cooler lines in place. Attach one end of the radiator hose to the bottom right of the radiator and attach both power steering hydraulic lines. Attach the socket of the coolant level sensor to its electrical connector and link the coolant hoses to the radiator, reservoir and Water Pump. Connect the pipe carrying air into the engine to the area around the intake and hook the turbocharger's air hose to the other end. Put in the A/C Condenser, front Bumper and cross member of the front end. Fill the power steering and transmission up to the correct level, secure the radiator drain plug and refill your cooling system.
