How to Maintain Your Liftgate Wiper Blade on Dodge Durango?

The first part of servicing the liftgate wiper blade is to lift the rear wiper arm so that the blade and element clear the liftgate glass. Squeeze the two latch release tabs together and pull the blade out of the wiper arm's receptacle, straight toward you. Be sure to have the wiper blade on the wiper arm the first time you move the wiper arm against the glass, as it could result in harm to either the glass or the wiper arm. Slide the tip of the wiper arm down toward the window slowly. For installation, lift the rear wiper arm off the top of the liftgate glass and make sure the rear wiper blade pivots are lined up with the holder on the tip of the arm. Insert the wiper blade pivot pins into the receptacle and wait until they snap in. Once that happens, gently close the wiper blade on the glass.

Push the wiper blade pivot block/latch up into the hook on the tip of the wiper arm, so the latch release tab locks in place and a click is heard. After that, slide the wiper blade down onto the windshield.
