Start by taking off the tube that links the air cleaner to the throttle body and afterward, take out the TPS electrical connector. After that, loosen the TPS bolts and take away the TPS. When installing, let the throttle shaft end of the throttle body enter the socket of the TPS so it can rotate about 20-25 degrees; if the sensor does not move, try flipping the throttle shaft around and fit the shaft into the alternate side of the socket tangs. Slight stress will be noticed in the TPS after rotating it. Anti-rattle the engine installation and secure it with the retaining screws, torquing them to 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.) full force. Seat the electrical side of the TPS connector, use the throttle control by hand to ensure it moves freely and at last, fit the air cleaner tube into the throttle body.
