Disconnect the negative cable of the battery and take precautions for air bags to service the wiper switch. Remove the shrouds around the steering column and tamper proof screws to reach the multi-function switch. Unplug the wire harness and do the reverse for installation. For the rear wiper switch remove the bottom bezel and switch pod and replace.
