How to Remove and Install the Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

To remove the ignition lock cylinder, insert the ignition key, disconnect the negative battery cable and put the shifter in PARK. Turning the key to be ON go to the release tang, and pull the cylinder out.
