How to Replace a Faulty Clock Spring on 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

In case of faulty, damaged or after air bag deployment, replace the Clock Spring as it is un-reparable. Disconnect the battery and wait two minutes and make sure that the front wheels are straight. Remove the air bag module, steering wheel and shrouds. Disconnect wire harnesses, replace the Clock Spring and assemble parts.
