In order to service the evaporator core, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and wait for 2 minutes. Remove the heater-A/C housing, lift out the evaporator coil and if replacing add 60 milliliters of refrigerant oil. Insert the new coil, reassemble and reinstall the housing.
