How to Service a Canister Purge Valve on 2001 Dodge Neon?

Raise and support the vehicle before servicing the Canister Purge Valve. Take out the electrical connector and vacuum tubes from the valve and after that, pull the valve out of its mount at the steering gear so it is set up correctly. Put the valve onto the bracket again, with the top marked TOP facing outside. Make sure that the tube and connector of the valve are attached before lowering the car.
