How to Service the A/C Switch in the Control Assembly on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500?

To service the control assembly, turn off the air bag control system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Unplug the a/c heater control vacuum harness, remove the cluster bezel and unscrew the a/c heater control. After accessing connections, reinstall the reverse order that has all the components secured.
