How to Service a Turn Signal Flasher on 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

In order to repair the turn signal flasher, turn off the air bag system by removing the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Take the cover off of the steering column and the old flasher out of Junction Block. Install the new flasher and align it properly and reattach the cover and reattach the battery.
