How to Maintain a Turn Signal Flasher on 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To service the turn signal flasher, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Remove the steering column cover, take out the flasher from the Junction Block, then install the new flasher. Reinstall the cover and reconnect the battery.
