After that, free the lock on the blower motor resistor wire harness connector to open the connector latch, then gently press the latch and remove the connector from the resistor. Slot out the two screws that anchor the resistor to the heater-A/C housing and remove it. To install the resistor, fit it into the heater-A/C compartment and drive in the retainer screws, securing them to 2.2 Nm (20 in lbs.).
