How to Service a Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

When servicing the ECT Sensor, have all the negative battery cable unplugged and drain the cooling system partially. Take out ECT Sensor and re-connect the electrical connector. Installation of the new sensor including torque of 19 Nm, refill of the cooling system, and reconnect the battery cable.
