For installation, remove all plugs or tape from the liquid line and condenser outlet fittings, attach the liquid line to the condenser outlet and fasten the fitting until it reads 22.59 ± 3.39 Nm (200 ± 30 in. lbs.). Take off the plugs or tape from the refrigerant line fittings, join the discharge line to the condenser inlet and tighten the fitting to 22.59 ± 3.39 Nm (200 ± 30 in. lbs.). Place the seals on the condenser and radiator air properly, plug back in the negative cable from the battery, drain the system of refrigerant and then fill it back up. Replace the condenser and after doing so, add 30 milliliters (1 fluid ounce) of refrigerant oil to the refrigerant system using just the type recommended for the compressor.
