Remove the crankshaft sprocket by placing special tool 6793 beneath C-4685-C2 so it doesn't damage the shaft seal or seal bore. Next, use Tool 6771 to pull the front crankshaft oil seal, as you want to do this without harming the cover's seal surface. For installation, first use Special Tool 6780 to insert the new seal with the spring on the inside and bond it in and flush with the cover. Following this, fit the crankshaft sprocket with Special Tool 6792, next, the timing belt and then fix the crankshaft vibration damper.
