After that, undo the SAS retaining screws and take the sensor out of your vehicle. While installing, insert the SAS into the B-pillar so the electrical connector points forward and screw it into place with the retaining screws tightened to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.). Snap the lower B-pillar trim into its place, making sure to connect the spell-reverse switch. The battery negative cable remote terminal should not be connected until the test of the air bag system is complete.
