How to Safely Service the Blower Motor with an Airbag System in Place on 2003 Dodge Dakota?

To service the blower motor, turn off the air bag system, disconnect the battery negative cable and allow two minutes. Open the right lower kick panel, disconnect the blower motor and remove the assembly. Install the assembly again, re-connect the electrical connections and re-attach the kick panel and battery cable.
