How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2003 Dodge Neon?

Before serving the Blower Motor Resistor, be sure to stay back from the hot blower motor and block and never run the blower with the resistor block taken out. Take off the windshield wipers and the cowl top screen first. Also, take out the wiring connector from the resistor block then lift and release the resistor block from the vehicle. The Blower Motor Resistor Block must be mounted in position and then the wiring connector must be put on. After that, put back the cowl top screen and windshield wipers and refasten the battery negative cable.
